California Sex Offenders Getting Approved To Work As Counselors For Vulnerable Teens « CBS San Francisco

Teens with substance abuse problems are one of our most vulnerable segments of society.  It seems that putting convicted sex offenders in the position of counselors for these teens isn't exactly a prudent idea.  As a sexual assault victim's attorney in California, I have had many instances of teens being the subject of sexual perpetrators and would oppose this continued practice on the part of the California Department of Corrections.
