Calif. judge admonished for rape comments
It is too bad that even judges in charge of prosecuting rape crimes have such antiquated "Akin-esque" views of sexual assault. This is why many cases of sexual assault do not end with a criminal prosecution or conviction. Luckily, the civil justice system provides for remedies for victims of sexual assault and abuse where the victims can obtain some sense of justice through monetary compensation.
